Civil 20 to prepare recommendations on how to overcome risks related to income inequality

In the run-up to the G20 Summit in St.Petersburg, Civil 20 has initiated the preparation of a report and recommendations for the G20 focused on the issue of surmounting the risks originating from growing income inequality.

An international network of researchers led by the G20 Research Group at the University of Toronto and the International Organizations and International Cooperation Institute of the National Research University Higher School of Economics have prepared a report which presents an independent assessment of policies targeted at overcoming economic inequality in the G20 member states. The report also includes the recommendations from Civil 20 for the discussion by the G20 Leaders (the Saint Petersburg Economic Equality Initiative).
